All financing products, advances, and credit facilities offered or facilitated through our platform are strictly for commercial and business use only. Our products are not intended for personal, family, or household purposes. Any applicant who obtains business funding under false pretenses for personal use may be in breach of contract and in violation of applicable law, and will be held fully liable.

Certain products offered through our platform, such as Merchant Cash Advances (MCAs) and Revenue-Based Financing, are not loans. They represent the purchase and sale of a business's future receivables at a discounted price. Because they are not loans, these products do not carry traditional fixed interest rates, Annual Percentage Rates (APR), or fixed repayment schedules. Instead, they involve remittances based on a percentage of your business's future revenue. Executed funding agreements are binding legal contracts, and defaults, breaches, or intentional revenue diversion may expose the merchant and its guarantors to contractual remedies, judgment enforcement, and liability for costs and attorneys' fees as provided in the applicable agreement.

All funding approvals, approved amounts, factor rates, and terms are strictly contingent upon comprehensive underwriting criteria, including but not limited to analysis of your business's revenue history, time in business, industry type, and overall cash flow health. Any calculators or estimators provided on our website are for illustrative and educational purposes only and do not constitute a guaranteed offer of funding or a binding commitment. No statement on this website, and no statement by any representative prior to an executed written agreement, creates any obligation on LeoLENDINGroup to fund any transaction.

All applications are subject to identity verification, bank verification, and document authentication. By applying, you authorize LeoLENDINGroup and its partners to verify all information provided — including through credit bureaus, banking data aggregators, and public records — and to retain the results. Misrepresentation in a funding application is fraud. Detected or suspected fraud will result in immediate denial, permanent blacklisting across our funding network, referral to law enforcement, and civil action to recover any resulting losses, investigation costs, and attorneys' fees.

LeoLENDINGroup may directly fund a transaction, participate in or syndicate a transaction, or arrange funding through trusted third-party partners. The role LeoLENDINGroup and any partner play in a specific transaction will be reflected in the applicable final agreements. If your business profile is better suited for a specific product or partner, we may share your application with selected partners for underwriting and funding purposes. Each participant or funding partner applies its own criteria, agreements, and terms.

LeoLENDINGroup may receive compensation from funding partners in connection with brokered transactions, which may be reflected in the pricing of your funding. By proceeding with any application, you acknowledge and consent to this compensation arrangement.
