Privacy Policy

Last Updated: August 15, 2026 · Governs all use of leolend.com

BINDING NOTICE: By accessing leolend.com or submitting any information to LeoLENDINGroup ("LeoLEND," "we," "us"), you irrevocably accept this Privacy Policy in its entirety. If you do not accept it, you must immediately cease all use of this website. Continued use constitutes ongoing, affirmative consent, and is logged and timestamped.

1. Information We Collect — and Retain

We collect all information you provide directly to us when you apply for funding, contact us, or otherwise interact with our services, including personal information (name, email, phone number, date of birth, Social Security Number), business information (legal entity data, EIN, revenue data, bank statements), and any documents you upload. We also automatically collect technical information whenever you visit leolend.com — including your IP address, device identifiers, geolocation data, browser fingerprint, referral source, session recordings, and full browsing behavior. All submissions and site activity are logged, timestamped, and may be preserved indefinitely as business records and as evidence of consent.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to provide, maintain, protect, and improve our services; to underwrite and process applications and connect you with funding partners; to verify your identity and detect fraud; to communicate with you via phone, SMS, and email per our Terms of Service; to enforce our agreements and legal rights; and to comply with legal obligations, subpoenas, and lawful requests from regulators and law enforcement.

3. Fraud Detection, Verification & Referral to Authorities

Be advised: every application submitted through leolend.com is screened for accuracy and authenticity. We reserve the right to verify all submitted information against third-party databases, credit bureaus, banking data, and public records. Submitting false, altered, or fraudulent information — including doctored bank statements, misstated revenue, or identity misrepresentation — is a federal crime and may constitute wire fraud (18 U.S.C. § 1343), bank fraud (18 U.S.C. § 1344), and/or identity theft (18 U.S.C. § 1028). We fully cooperate with, and will proactively refer suspected fraud to, federal, state, and local law enforcement, and we will pursue all available civil remedies, including recovery of damages, costs, and attorneys' fees.

4. 10DLC & Mobile Information Sharing

We strictly adhere to 10-Digit Long Code (10DLC) and Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) guidelines. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All sharing of information is restricted solely to the purpose of fulfilling your funding request. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any external parties outside of our core service fulfillment. Your opt-in consent is recorded and retained as legal evidence of authorization.

5. Information Sharing, Sale & Monetization of Data

To secure funding for your business, we may share your application data with our network of funding partners, underwriters, credit bureaus, verification services, and service providers for purposes of advancing your funding application, verification, servicing, collections, and enforcement of agreements. In addition, by submitting information to leolend.com you expressly acknowledge and consent that LeoLEND may sell, license, transfer, or otherwise monetize your business and contact information — including lead data — to or with third parties, including funding partners, brokers, lenders, marketers, and data purchasers, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Notwithstanding the foregoing, mobile phone numbers and text-messaging opt-in/consent data are never sold or shared for marketing purposes, as set forth in Section 4. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect our legal rights, to enforce our Terms, or in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which your data may be transferred as a business asset. Where required by state privacy law, you may opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information by emailing deals@leolend.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell My Information."

6. Data Retention — Indefinite Preservation

We retain all data for as long as we deem necessary — and in many cases, indefinitely. Applications, uploaded documents, bank statements, communications, consent records, IP logs, session recordings, and all evidence of your interactions with leolend.com are preserved as permanent business records. At minimum, we retain records: (a) for the duration of any business relationship plus a minimum of seven (7) years thereafter; (b) as long as required by federal and state law, tax, and regulatory obligations; (c) indefinitely where records evidence consent, contractual acceptance, or suspected or actual fraud; and (d) as long as necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Backup and archival copies may persist beyond any stated retention period. You acknowledge that retained records may be used as evidence against you in any dispute, arbitration, or prosecution.

7. Data Deletion Requests — Strict Limits

You may request deletion of your personal information by emailing deals@leolend.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We will verify your identity before acting on any request, and we reserve the right to deny requests we cannot verify. Deletion is never absolute. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will retain — notwithstanding any deletion request — all records evidencing consent, executed agreements, funded or attempted transactions, collections activity, legal holds, suspected or confirmed fraud, and any data required for legal compliance, security, or the defense of legal claims. Deletion requests do not apply to data already lawfully sold, shared, or transferred to third parties before the request was received; you must contact those parties directly. Submitting a deletion request in an attempt to obstruct fraud investigation, collections, or legal proceedings is ineffective and may itself be treated as evidence of bad faith.

8. Data Security

We employ commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls. However, no system is impenetrable, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, LeoLEND disclaims liability for unauthorized access resulting from events beyond our reasonable control. Any attempt by any party to breach, probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems is strictly prohibited, will be logged with identifying information, and will be prosecuted under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. § 1030) and all applicable state statutes.

9. No Scraping or Harvesting

Automated collection of any data from leolend.com — including scraping, crawling, harvesting, or bulk downloading of content, images, deal data, or contact information — is expressly forbidden without prior written authorization. Violators are subject to immediate access revocation, civil action for breach of contract and trespass to chattels, and statutory damages where available.

10. Your Choices

You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying "STOP" and out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, by contacting deals@leolend.com — subject in all cases to the retention and deletion limits in Sections 6 and 7.

11. Changes; Governing Terms

We may amend this Privacy Policy at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Your continued use of leolend.com after posting constitutes binding acceptance. This Policy is incorporated into, and governed by, our Terms of Service, including its mandatory arbitration clause and class-action waiver.
