LeoLENDINGroup ("LeoLend," "LLG," "we," "us," or "our"), 1350 Avenue of the Americas, Fl 2, New York, NY 10019, operates leolend.com and arranges, brokers, and in some cases participates in business financing. The content on this site is general information and marketing. It is not a commitment to lend, an offer of credit, or legal, tax, or financial advice. LLG is not a bank.
Every LLG application — including the online application, Quick Apply, live chat fast-track, phone and text applications, and any application submitted through an LLG representative — is governed by the following Application Agreement. It appears on the application itself and is reproduced here in full:
Application Agreement & Authorization
By signing or submitting this application, I acknowledge that I have had the opportunity to review and agree to the LLG Terms of Service & Merchant Agreement, Privacy Policy, Disclosures, and Legal & Disclaimers page. My electronic signature, typed name, checked acceptance, or other affirmative electronic assent is intended to be binding to the fullest extent permitted by law.
I certify that I am an owner or authorized officer of the applicant business, that I am at least 18 years old, and that all information and documents I provide are true, complete, and unaltered. I authorize LLG and its funding partners to obtain consumer and business credit reports, bank and processing statements, tax and public records, and other verification about me and the business, now and for as long as the relationship continues, including for servicing, renewals, and collections.
I authorize LLG to share my application and documents with funders, lenders, and service providers for the purpose of obtaining financing for my business. I understand LLG is compensated by funders and/or by me as disclosed in a transaction, that LLG does not guarantee approval or any particular amount, rate, factor, or term, and that any financing is governed solely by the final agreement I sign with the funding source.
I agree to the Non-Circumvention clause (Section 5 below), including the 110-day protection period and liquidated damages equal to 12% of the gross funded amount of any transaction that circumvents LLG.
The Terms of Service & Merchant Agreement governs the full relationship. Where a funder's signed transaction agreement conflicts with these documents on a term of that transaction, the funder's agreement controls for that transaction only; it does not limit LLG's rights to compensation or non-circumvention.
Every communication between you (or anyone acting for your business) and LLG — emails, text messages, phone calls, voicemails, live chat, portal messages, documents, and attachments — forms part of the legal record of our relationship and is incorporated into this agreement. Representations, instructions, approvals, and acknowledgments you make in any of these channels are binding on you to the same extent as a signed writing, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You consent to LLG recording, monitoring, logging, and retaining all communications and site activity, and to their use as evidence of notice, consent, assent, introductions, and conduct in any dispute or arbitration. Where a call is recorded, the notice provided here and at the start of the call is your notice. Communications from LLG are informational unless expressly stated as a binding offer in writing; no statement by an LLG representative modifies these terms unless confirmed in writing by an LLG officer.
Program. LeoLend Funding Updates — text messages from LeoLENDINGroup about your funding inquiry or application, including application status, document requests, offers, appointment reminders, and account servicing. With separate, express consent, you may also receive occasional promotional messages about LLG funding programs.
How you opt in. You opt in only by affirmatively checking the SMS consent box on an LLG form, by texting a keyword or "START" to our number, or by giving verbal consent that we record. The consent box is never pre-checked. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of applying, receiving funding, or purchasing anything.
Frequency & cost. Message frequency varies based on your application activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out & help. Reply STOP to any message to cancel; you will receive one confirmation and no further texts unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, call 808.208.3870, or email admin@leolend.com.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other information sharing and will not be shared with any third party. See our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility. You must be 18 or older and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided.
"Backdooring" means cutting LLG out of a transaction LLG originated, introduced, structured, or worked — for example, taking an offer, a funder's contact, a program, or a renewal that came through LLG and closing it directly with the funder or through another broker, ISO, affiliate, employee, owner, or related entity. It also covers any arrangement by a funder, broker, or other party, with your participation or knowledge, to close an LLG-introduced deal without LLG.
Protection period. For 110 calendar days after each introduction, submission, or last material LLG-facilitated communication with an Introduced Party (as defined in the Terms), whichever is later, you will not obtain financing or any commercial arrangement from that party except through LLG, unless LLG agrees in writing.
LLG is the deciding party. Because LLG holds the submission records, funder correspondence, and communication logs, LLG shall determine, in good faith and on the evidence available to it, whether a transaction was originated by or introduced through LLG and whether LLG was circumvented. You agree to provide, within ten (10) business days of request, the funding agreement, closing statement, and related communications for any financing obtained during the protection period. Failure to provide them creates a presumption that circumvention occurred. LLG's determination is final and binding unless you prove in arbitration under Section 9 that it was clearly erroneous.
Compensation at maximum upsell. If circumvention is proven, LLG is entitled to the full compensation it would have earned on that transaction at the maximum upsell available. Because the actual points, commissions, renewals, and residuals LLG loses are difficult to calculate at signing, the parties agree that this amount is fixed as liquidated damages equal to twelve percent (12%) of the gross funded amount of the circumventing transaction (and of each renewal, refinance, or additional funding of it during the protection period). The parties agree that 12% is a reasonable pre-estimate of LLG's lost compensation and is not a penalty.
When it's due. The 12% is due and payable upon funding of the circumventing transaction, without further demand. Unpaid amounts accrue interest at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum lawful rate, and you are responsible for LLG's reasonable collection costs and attorneys' fees. The business and each owner who signed or submitted the application are jointly and severally responsible.
How we enforce. LLG rarely enforces this clause — most clients never come close to it, and we would rather earn the next deal than litigate the last one. But LLG reserves every right to enforce it in full whenever circumvention is proven, and choosing not to enforce in one instance is never a waiver for any other. Clients who report backdooring or unsolicited contact by others may be eligible for PRIDE POINTS rewards.
Calculators, estimates, product examples, sample deals, case studies, testimonials, statistics, ratings, names, photos, and logos on this site may be illustrative, composite, hypothetical, or representative, and are provided for demonstration and education only. They are not offers, quotes, approvals, or statements of verified results. Calculators use simplified models, exclude fees, and may not reflect current market conditions. Your actual offer, if any, may differ materially. Past results do not predict future results.
A Merchant Cash Advance is a purchase of future receivables at a discount, not a loan, and is priced with a factor rate rather than an APR. Lines of credit, term and SBA loans, equipment financing, real estate financing, 0% cards, start-up funding, and consolidation are distinct products with different terms, eligibility, and regulatory treatment. All products are for business purposes only.
You use this website, LLG's services, and any financing at your own risk. LLG is not responsible or liable for: any decision, approval, denial, delay, offer, price, term, servicing, collection, or conduct of any funder, lender, or third party; the content or enforceability of any funder agreement; the accuracy of any estimate, calculator, example, or projection; any business, tax, or financial outcome of a decision you make; interruptions, errors, or security incidents affecting this site or third-party systems; third-party websites, partner programs (including credit-improvement programs), or links; or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity.
THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LLG AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE, THE SERVICES, ANY COMMUNICATION, OR ANY TRANSACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY. LLG'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00). These limits do not apply where prohibited by law; in that case LLG's liability is limited to the minimum extent the law allows.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LLG and its owners, officers, employees, agents, and funding partners from any claim, loss, or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the site or services, information you submit, your breach of any LLG agreement (including Section 5), or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this site, LLG's services, any communication, or any agreement with LLG shall be resolved exclusively by final, binding, individual arbitration seated in New York, New York. You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in any class, collective, or representative action. LLG may seek injunctive relief or collect an undisputed amount (including the Section 5 liquidated damages) in any court of competent jurisdiction. The prevailing party recovers its costs and reasonable attorneys' fees.

Copying, imitating, framing, scraping, or repurposing any part of this site is prohibited. Falsified applications or documents and unauthorized access to this site may violate federal and state law; LLG preserves evidence, cooperates with law enforcement, and pursues all available civil remedies.
All LLG agreements, policies, programs, product terms, and this page are subject to change at any time. Changes take effect when posted here with a new "Last Updated" date, or on any later date stated. Continued use of the site or services, or any further communication or submission after a change, constitutes acceptance of the updated terms to the fullest extent permitted by law. Changes apply going forward and do not alter the terms of a transaction already funded. Program availability, pricing, and funding partners may change without notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable federal law. If any provision — including any remedy, duration, or damages measure — is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and reformed rather than struck, and the rest remains in full effect.
